How often will we meet?

Typically, sessions are scheduled weekly, but this depends on your needs and goals. Sessions can last for a few months or a few years depending on the presenting problem. The duration of therapy varies greatly from person to person.

Are you seeing people virtually or in person?

Currently, I am only seeing clients virtually. I am licensed in New York and Texas, and through Psypact, I able to treat clients in 41 other states.

What should I expect when seeking out services?

Once submitting an inquiry, you will be contacted to schedule a 10-15 minutes consultation call. During the call, you will be asked to provide a short description of why you are seeking therapy to make sure we are a good fit. I will also answer any questions you have about the therapy process.

What are your rates?

Out of Network Insurance Coverage
Minds at Ease offers out of network insurance coverage to clients. This means that your insurance carrier may reimburse you a portion or all your fee. Each insurance plan is different and reimbursement percentages and rates vary for each insurance provider. It is recommended that you call your insurance to verify your out of network benefits for mental health.

If you use this service, you can request a special receipt for services called a superbill. This is called a superbill. You can submit the superbill to your insurance to receive reimbursement for fees paid.

Current Fees :
 • 50-minute session: $215.00
 • Personality and Psychological Assessment rates vary depending on goals and presenting problem. Starting rate is $300.

What is your cancellation/no show policy?

Accepted Answer

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged the full appointment fee for the service being provided. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
